Anti-role models; Someone who demonstrates exactly what not to do. You learn what you would not do or say.  Accurately discriminate between the behaviour you want to emulate by knowing what to avoid, learning from your own and others' mistakes.
Develop and nurture confidence allowing mistakes to be made but encouraging their ability to do anything they set their mind to.   Treat mistakes as opportunities for the acceptance of feedback giving room to grow and ability to learn.  Respectfully nurture their self esteem. Do not fake praise in an adverse situation.
Self assessment: challenge your own view, think independently, acknowledge own error, learn from your mistakes and articulate your fundamental beliefs by backing up with own reasons to hold them.

Homework:
1. What -most influential experience, or list a few then pick one
2. Write down three ideas, assumptions, opinions you hold about art (then answer the5w's)
3. Create your own affirmations (try saying it it terms of how you feel)
