November 16th Leonardo's 2nd principle dimostrazione The Last Supper

Leonardo's 2nd principle dimostrazione

Test knowledge through experience, persistence, & learn from your mistakes  Leonardo referred to himself as a disciple of experience. Relate his major disaster for  ludovico sforza's banquet for 200 people; pg 79 The automated kitchen, plates sculptured as miniature works of art (kitchen staff /fellow artists), sprinkler system...In the face of adversary Leonardo wrote" I shall continue"

Anti-role models; Someone who demonstrates exactly what not to do. You learn what you would not do or say.  Accurately discriminate between the behaviour you want to emulate by knowing what to avoid, learning from your own and others' mistakes.
Develop and nurture confidence allowing mistakes to be made but encouraging their ability to do anything they set their mind to.   Treat mistakes as opportunities for the acceptance of feedback giving room to grow and ability to learn.  Respectfully nurture their self esteem. Do not fake praise in an adverse situation.
Self assessment: challenge your own view, think independently, acknowledge own error, learn from your mistakes and articulate your fundamental beliefs by backing up with own reasons to hold them.

2. 100 Questions, brainstorming fashion. (i.e.: how does a bird fly -Leonardo's version) A child's -"Why is the sky blue?"
3. Ask: What are my strengths? (best quality) What are my weaknesses? What can i do to be more...(helpful/improving/effective/sensitive, you fill in the blank) Do not be upset or happy by the answer.
